This policy explains how TaxOnPad ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through taxonpad.com (the "Website"). It does not cover data your firm stores inside the TaxOnPad application at https://crm.taxonpad.com; that is governed by the agreement between us and your firm.

Contact form: your name, email address, message, and optionally your firm name and phone number.
Security check data: Cloudflare Turnstile receives technical signals (such as IP address and browser details) to tell humans from bots.
Basic technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request logs to serve and protect the Website.

2. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry or arrange a demo.
To protect the Website against spam and abuse.
To maintain and improve the Website.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

2a. Legal bases

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your request to be contacted (steps before entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in securing the Website.

3. Who we share it with

Cloudflare — hosting, security and the Turnstile check.
Our email delivery provider (Resend) — to deliver your message to our inbox.
Google (Gmail) — our inbox where enquiries are received.
Authorities, where legally required.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies or use local storage for Turnstile. If we add analytics, it will be privacy-friendly and this policy will be updated.

5. Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to its processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including HTTPS, to protect information sent through the Website. No method of transmission is completely secure. Please do not send tax identification numbers, passwords or other sensitive data through the contact form.
